AU 61 Underwriting Commercial Property
Underwriting Commercial Property focuses on the profitable selection of applicants for commercial property insurance coverages. Because of the variety of coverages included in this subject area, this course covers a number of property topics. Of particular importance is an understanding of the COPE (construction, occupancy, protection, and external exposure) framework, which is essential for evaluating fire – the key cause of loss for most property accounts – and other causes of lost.

Time frame

Exam dates for online exams are always in the exam windows January 15th - March 14th, April 15th - June 14th, July 15th - September 14th and October 15 - December 14th. Registration for an online exam is possible anytime.
